Bed Rest

Tani hurt her front left leg on Friday. She was really slow on agility training and I thought she was tired because we had practice for another commercial before agility, so I stopped working with her and put her in a crate. When I picked up all my stuff and took her out of the crate, she was holding one leg in the air and only walked on three. I touched the leg to take a look at it and she started screaming. So we went to the vet. We did the X-ray and there is no fracture or dislocation, which is good. Apparently she must have strained a muscle or bump into something. She is now on bed rest and anti-inflammatory painkillers. We had to cancel her commercial shoot and delay the date of her first official trial, but health always comes first.
